But because I know that others dont, I've started to think; as long as I eat healthily and excersise regularly, it's ok! It's OK to be kind to your body!! Health brings so much more confidence than starvation. Its so so hard, but you can get there! x

I just ate pizza, not much just two slices, but I feel sick to my stomach. I’ve heard that pizza is one of the most painful foods to purge. I don’t want to purge, because I’ve been doing so well, but I am literally holding my breath so I don’t throw up :( Any suggetions????
